Community & Economic Development Assistance

Region 6 staff partners have significant experience preparing funding packages for a broad range of projects.  In the 1990’s, Region 6 assisted members in leveraging more than $50 million in funds for their communities!  Funding packages have been developed for these general projects –

• Infrastructure improvements such as roads, storm sewers, water services, and wastewater treatment facilities;
• Community facilities for fire departments, EMS, day care centers, community centers, and aquatic facilities; and
• Industrial development projects.
